Dance & Vertical Video Fixes
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I have two short clips that need a clean, unobtrusive polish:
• Clip 1 – Dance performance
The studio wall, props and mirror pull focus. I need the entire background—including the mirror reflection—replaced with a smooth, matte black so the dancer stands out. Colour, brightness and edges should stay natural; no halos or obvious masking artefacts.
• Clip 2 – Phone-shot interview
It was recorded in portrait but I must deliver it in a standard widescreen frame. The sides should be filled by duplicating the existing edges of the shot, subtly stretched or blurred so it feels native 16:9 rather than boxed-in. No generic graphics; it has to look as though the scene always existed that way.
Deliverables
– Two final HD files in the original codecs/resolutions
– Clean cuts ready for immediate publish, with audio untouched
– One revision round to catch any small tweaks I may spot after review
Editing in Premiere Pro, Final Cut or DaVinci Resolve is fine—whatever gets the smoothest matte key and seamless side fills. Let me know your turnaround time and any clarifications you need so I can send the raw footage right away.
