Daily YouTube & Reels Editing
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I run a channel built around street-interview, public-reaction content and I now need a dependable editing intern who can keep up with a fast, daily schedule. Every day you’ll receive raw footage and will be expected to:
• Cut one complete YouTube episode (length may vary anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes).
• Carve out five short, vertical reels from that same footage for Instagram/YouTube Shorts.
Because the footage is mostly talking-head, on-the-street interviews, I’m after clean, punchy pacing—simple cuts, smooth transitions, no heavy VFX. If you can finesse the audio levels, trim the dead air, add jump-cuts where needed and keep the energy high, that’s exactly what I need.
I work in batches: you’ll get tomorrow’s raw files tonight, edit overnight or in the morning, and deliver by the agreed-upon hour so I can schedule uploads. Adobe Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve users tend to fit best with my current workflow, but any tool is fine as long as you can export high-quality 16:9 and 9:16 clips quickly.
The position is strictly entry-level: a fixed monthly stipend of ₹5,000 is what I’ve budgeted, and I want someone who sees the daily practice and portfolio growth as the real payoff.
