I publish short, topical news updates every day and need a reliable video editor who can turn around a polished 3-5 minute clip within hours of receiving the raw assets. I already have a simple Premiere Pro template that handles lower thirds, headline animations, and the overall look and feel—so you’ll be slotting footage and text into an established framework rather than creating a new style from scratch.
Here’s how the workflow will look:
• Each morning I’ll share a folder containing the raw screen-recorded visuals or B-roll, the day’s headline copy, and any supplementary graphics.
• You’ll cut the footage to the strongest 3-5 minute sequence, overlay the on-screen text exactly where the template indicates, and add relevant stock or supplied visuals to keep the pace engaging.
• Light colour-correction, audio levelling, and caption accuracy are essential so the video feels broadcast-ready even though it’s produced quickly.
• Final delivery: 1080p H.264 MP4 plus the updated project file so I can archive each episode.
Turnaround: same day, ideally within 4–6 hours of asset hand-off.
