Creative Video Editor for Long-Term Documentary Project

I am looking for a highly skilled and creative video editor to work on a long-term basis for documentary-style videos. These are not basic edits; I need someone who can take raw footage/scripts and transform them into a compelling cinematic experience with a strong narrative flow.

Key Responsibilities:
Advanced Storytelling: Ability to maintain pacing and tension throughout the video (10–20 mins long).
Heavy Visual Effects (VFX): Use of overlays, textures, motion elements, and smooth transitions.
Dynamic Motion Graphics: Creating engaging text animations, maps, or diagrams to explain complex points.
Sound Design & Foley: This is crucial. I need immersive soundscapes, impactful SFX, and perfect background music leveling.
Color Grading: Giving the video a consistent, cinematic "documentary" look.
B-Roll Management: Sourcing and integrating relevant high-quality stock footage or game cinematics.
Technical Requirements:
Software: Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (DaVinci Resolve is a plus).
Assets: Experience working with 4K footage and managing heavy project files.
Communication: Must be open to feedback and revisions.
