I’m putting together a series of eye-catching short videos and need an editor who thrives on a creative, artistic style. The clips are destined for a broad, general-public audience, so they have to stop the scroll and hold attention from the very first frame.
Before we dive into the full project, I’ll share raw footage for a quick, one-minute test edit. This sample will tell me everything I need to know about your pacing, colour work and overall feel—please be ready to complete it if you’d like to be considered.
For each final video I’m looking for:
• Text overlays that punch up key messages
• Smooth, engaging animations that guide the viewer’s eye
• Special effects used sparingly for extra impact
Once the sample hits the mark, I’ll hand over the remaining material, a simple storyboard and notes on tone. Deliverables will be short-form edits (usually under 60 seconds) plus the corresponding project files and an H.264 export ready for social platforms.
