Creative Instagram Reel Editor Needed

Hi, I’m looking for a reliable and creative reel editor for consistent monthly work.
I create regular content and need someone who can edit short Instagram reels (around 15 sec) in a way that makes them very attractive, engaging, and scroll-stopping.
Editing should include:
Clean cuts & smooth transitions
Basic meme inserts (where suitable)
Light sound effects & trending audio
Simple captions (clear + engaging)
Creative touch to make the reel visually attractive and interesting to watch till the end
Work Details:
~100 reels per month (bulk & consistent work)
Raw clips will be simple and easy to edit
Clear references and direction will be provided
Budget: ₹10,000/month (fixed, long-term opportunity)
I’m looking for someone who is:
Fast & consistent with delivery
Understands reel pacing, hooks & retention
Can add small creative ideas to improve quality
This is a volume-based project, so workflow will be smooth once style is set.
