Create Subtitle File that can be imported to Premiere Pro

I need this file saved of converted to a file that can be imported into Premiere Pro and will work as a file for subtitles.
This may be an SRT file or a txt or prtranscript.
NOTE: I have to be able to import it and it has to work in Premiere Pro.
Additionally, you will provide me details of how you did this so I can do it on future files.
