Create 10 Exhibition Reels
Budget: ₹1,500 – ₹12,500 INR
I need a skilled videographer-editor on-site at The Battery Show (India Expo Mart, Greater Noida) from 30 Oct to 1 Nov to capture and turn around ten short reels that feel informative and educational rather than purely promotional. The footage will centre on our exhibition booth, highlighting our mobile-phone battery’s key features and benefits and weaving in quick client testimonials gathered during the event.
Over the three days you will:
• Film all raw material at the booth—product close-ups, live interactions, brief interviews, crowd shots, B-roll.
• Edit, colour-grade and master ten vertical 9:16 clips (≈30–60sec each) with engaging motion graphics, captions, royalty-free music and clear call-outs of specs and advantages.
• Deliver daily drafts so we can post in near-real-time; final versions need to be ready no later than 48 hours after the show ends.
Please be comfortable working with Premiere Pro, Final Cut and bringing a tidy kit for stable, well-lit footage (gimbal, lapel mics, basic lights). I’ll supply a concise shot list, brand colours and font files on day one, and will be available on-site for approvals.
