Create Engaging Social Media Videos
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I’m sitting on a huge folder of raw clips and photos that are just begging to be shared. My goal is to turn this backlog into bite-sized content that drives real engagement on Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts. I’m after a clean, simple editing style—think smooth cuts, clear pacing, and text or music only when it actually adds value.
Here’s how I picture our workflow: I’ll drop the source files (mostly phone footage, some DSLR) into a shared drive, along with a quick note on the story or highlight of each batch. You select the best moments, trim the fluff, balance the audio, add light color tweaks, then export in the right aspect ratios.
Deliverables per batch (let’s start with a test run of five videos):
• 15–30 sec vertical reel for IG/TikTok (9:16, 1080×1920)
• Matching YouTube Short (either same cut or 16:9 letterboxed if needed)
• Thumbnail frame pulled from the edit
• Source project file so I can tweak captions later if needed
Consistency matters more to me than fancy effects, so if you’re comfortable with Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve and can keep a quick turnaround schedule, we’ll be a great fit. Looking forward to seeing how you can make these moments pop without over-editing them.
