Correct Actress Neck Distortion

I have a 3-minute-28-second scene where an added windshield clip warped the actress’s neck every time she turns her head. The original footage is gone, so all clean-up must be performed on the exported edit I’ll provide.
I’ll send a short excerpt containing the worst frames; show me a fixed version (watermark it if you like). The first freelancer who proves the distortion can be removed earns the full job.
The finished scene must come back as a high-quality MOV that drops straight into Adobe Premiere Pro with identical duration, frame rate, grade and audio.
Suggested tools such as After Effects, Mocha Pro, mesh warp or AI-based frame restoration are fine—as long as the result is seamless.
Acceptance criteria:

• Background and windshield remain undistorted
• No cropping, softening or color shift; timing and audio stay intact
