Corporate Event Videography & Editing

An upcoming corporate event needs full coverage of all speeches and presentations—from the first keynote to the final closing remarks—and polished edits ready for immediate distribution.
On-site I’ll rely on you to capture multi-camera angles, clean board audio or wireless lavs, and enough cutaway footage to keep the finished product dynamic. After the event, the footage should move straight into an efficient Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve workflow for colour correction, audio sweetening, lower-thirds, and a brief branded intro/outro.
Deliverables
• Highlight reel (3-4 minutes) summarising the day
• Individual edited files for every speech and presentation in 1080p or 4K H.264 MP4
• All raw footage and project files supplied via downloadable link within 48 hours; final edits within one week
Clear, intelligible audio and crisp visuals are paramount. If you already have the gear, a proven track record with corporate events, and can stay unobtrusive while capturing the moments that matter, this project is ready to go.
