Corporate Event Highlight Videography
Budget: ₹600 – ₹1,500 INR
I have a full-day corporate event coming up and need complete video coverage designed specifically for promotional use. The final deliverable is a polished highlight reel that will excite stakeholders and work seamlessly as social-media content.
Throughout the day you’ll be moving between the main hall and breakout areas to film every speech, key presentation, and the evening entertainment. While networking sessions can be recorded as B-roll, the top priority is crisp, well-lit footage of our speakers on stage and the dynamic moments from the entertainment segments.
After the event, I’ll need a concise highlight video (ideal length 90–180 seconds) edited for vertical and widescreen formats, colour-graded, with basic lower-thirds for VIP speakers and royalty-free background music suitable for LinkedIn, Instagram Reels, and our website.
Deliverables:
• Full-resolution highlight reel in 16:9 and 9:16
• Separate, neatly trimmed clips of each speech for internal sharing
• All usable raw footage on a drive or downloadable link
Please bring your own camera, audio, and lighting kit strong enough for hotel ballroom conditions, and edit in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci—whatever you’re fastest with—as long as the final exports are H.264 MP4.
Once I confirm the schedule, you’ll receive a detailed run-of-show so you can plan camera positions and mic placement in advance.
