Corporate Event Highlight Editing
Budget: £10 – £15 GBP
I have raw footage from a series of recent corporate gatherings—panels, networking sessions, keynote speeches—and I need them shaped into polished, professional-looking short clips that capture the best moments. Each video should feel concise and refined, suitable for LinkedIn, internal newsletters, or on-site screens, with a formal tone that matches our brand image.
The workflow is straightforward: I will supply organized folders containing the camera feeds, audio tracks, and our brand assets (logo stings, lower-third templates, color palette). You trim the strongest shots, balance audio, add subtle motion graphics, and deliver export-ready files that run between 20-60 seconds. Nothing flashy; the emphasis is on crisp storytelling, smooth pacing, and clean, corporate aesthetics.
Preferred tools are Adobe Premiere Pro and, when needed, After Effects for tasteful title animations. If you use Davinci Resolve or Final Cut and can match the same level of polish, that works too—as long as you return the project files along with the final renders.
Deliverables for each clip:
• 1080p (or higher) MP4 ready for distribution
• Matching square or vertical crop if the footage allows
• Separate .srt subtitles (English)
• All editable project files
I’ll start by handing over one event’s footage; if the first batch meets expectations, the collaboration can expand to multiple events throughout the year.
