• Keep pacing tight and dynamic; quick cuts are fine as long as progress remains clear.
• Subtle lower-third text or on-screen captions can be used to call out square footage, special materials, or milestone dates.
Branding & look
• Use our logo at open and close, with our orange/charcoal color palette for any graphics.
