Footage from our recent conference now sits in raw 4K clips and requires a clean, engaging edit that captures the energy in the room. The finished piece should feel like an event highlight reel rather than a full-length recording, running about 3-5 minutes.

Primary focus
• Audience reactions are the star: smiles, note-taking, applause, quick vox-pops—anything that shows genuine engagement with each speaker. These shots need to be woven naturally between the stage moments to keep momentum high.

What’s already available
– Multi-camera feeds of every presentation with clean audio from the mixing desk
– B-roll of exhibitor booths and foyer mingling
– A licensed music bed, intro sting, and lower-third template (Adobe Premiere Pro format)

Scope of work
1. Sync and trim the presentation footage.
2. Select, colour-grade, and overlay audience reaction shots at impactful moments.
3. Add branded motion graphics, titles, and closing slate.
4. Deliver a final 4K master (H.264) plus a 1080p social cut. Project file must be included for any later tweaks.

Acceptance criteria
• Seamless transitions—no abrupt audio cuts.
• Audience reaction clip at least every 20–30 seconds.
• Colours match brand palette (hex codes supplied once work begins).
• Final runtime approved within two revision rounds.

Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro X are preferred so the provided templates import smoothly, but DaVinci Resolve is fine if you can replicate the motion graphics. Ready-to-publish files and project assets complete the job.
