Conference Photo Video Montage BETT 2026
Budget: €8 – €30 EUR
I will provide you with a folder of high-resolution photographs from our recent conference along with the event logo, brand colours and key messages. Your task is to turn those stills into a polished, professional 30–60-second video that feels formal enough for LinkedIn yet lively enough to catch attention on other social channels.
The flow should resemble a clean corporate montage: subtle motion on the photos, tasteful lower-third captions for speaker names or statistics, and restrained use of on-brand typography. I am flexible on transitions—as long as they stay unobtrusive and cohesive—so feel free to combine simple cuts, fades or gentle slides where they fit best. If you believe a light instrumental bed would lift the piece, propose one; I can approve or supply the track myself if preferred.
Timing is tight:
• First cut by Saturday, 24 January (CET) so I can review overnight
• QA / change round on Sunday 25 January
• Final mastered file delivered Sunday evening, ready for immediate posting
Deliverables I need:
• 30–60-second video in .mp4, optimised for LinkedIn (1920×1080) and a square crop (1080×1080)
• Source project file (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or After Effects) with all assets neatly organised
• Any licensed music track information for compliance
