Code Redaction in Video

I have an MP4 that shows lines of sensitive code as a text overlay. I need every instance of that overlay blocked out so the code is never readable. The simplest approach is fine: place a solid “REDACTED” bar that fully covers the text on every frame where it appears.
Feel free to work in Adobe Express or any comparable editor; I only care that the cover remains steady, matches the timing perfectly, and the rest of the footage stays untouched. When you’re done, return the video in its original resolution, frame rate, and format—no additional compression, no visible jumps or flicker.
Acceptance criteria:
• Code is 100 % obscured throughout the entire clip.
• Redacted text is clear, centered over the original code, with no bleed-through.
• Audio, visual quality, and duration remain identical to the source file.
