Typical workflow
• I’ll share footage, a brief, and brand guidelines via Google Drive.
• You trim, colour-grade, add light graphics, mix audio, and export platform-ready files.
• We review through Frame.io (or a similar review link) for quick feedback and revisions.
Deliverables for each video
1. Instagram version (square or 9:16, 30-60 s, h.264)
2. Full-length YouTube cut (16:9, 1080p)
3. Project files and assets, neatly organised
Acceptance criteria
• On-brand typography, colours, and logo placement
• Smooth transitions, no abrupt cuts or dead air
• Loudness normalised to −14 LUFS for YouTube, matching specs for Instagram
• Final exports free of artefacts and under platform size limits
Preferred tools include Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve—you can choose as long as the quality matches the standards above. Quick communicators who can turn around an edit in two to three days will fit best, as this will likely evolve into ongoing weekly work.
