The ‘5 Year Millionaire Journey’ is an ongoing YouTube series that blends business insights with survival mindset and self-improvement tactics, all aimed at reaching seven figures within five years. Each episode needs to feel cinematic yet motivational, driven by fast-paced, quick-cut storytelling that keeps viewers glued to the screen and eager for the next step in the journey.
Scope of the work
I will supply raw talking-head footage, b-roll, screen recordings and occasional podcast clips. Your task is to shape them into:
• One long-form episode (8–15 min) per week, cut with energetic pacing, punchy text callouts, tight jump cuts and tasteful sound design.
• Three to five vertical shorts drawn from each episode, optimised for YouTube Shorts in 9:16, with bold captions and hook-focused openings.
• A high-CTR thumbnail for every video that instantly signals value to an audience hungry for business success, using clear subject isolation, bold typography and colour contrast.
Creative direction & tools
Fast-paced with quick cuts is non-negotiable; think crisp whip pans, speed-ramped stock footage and impactful cinematic colour grades. Motivational background music, subtle whooshes and on-beat transitions should heighten energy without feeling over-produced. Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and Photoshop (or equivalent) fit smoothly into my workflow, and assets must be delivered in 4K H.264 plus project files.
Turnaround & collaboration
I release new content weekly, so a 48- to 72-hour turnaround after raw files arrive keeps the channel on schedule. Clear, proactive communication and space for one round of revisions per asset help us refine ideas quickly. I plan to make hundreds of videos over the next five years, so consistent quality at an affordable rate is the path to a long-term partnership.
