Cinematic Vlog Series Editing

Job ID: 40556425

Budget: $2 – $8 CAD

I’m producing an ongoing vlog that follows my daily routines and I need an editor who can transform my raw 4 K footage into polished, smooth, cinematic episodes. The tone should feel relaxed and intimate, with gentle pacing, soft transitions, and rights-cleared music that stays calm and soothing rather than upbeat or intrusive.

Here’s the flow I’m after: assemble the story, sync external audio, weave in B-roll, apply a warm film-style grade, add subtle lower-thirds for context, then finish with a clean export in both 4 K and 1080 p ready for YouTube. A typical shoot gives you 30–45 minutes of source material; I’d like the final cut to land around 8–12 minutes.

You’re free to work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve—as long as the end result feels cinematic and consistent across episodes. I’ll share a reference edit of the first vlog, my LUTs, and a folder of licensed tracks so you can match the look and sound straight away.

To make sure we click stylistically, please take a short test clip I’ll provide and send back a one-minute edit that shows your touch with pacing, grading, and music. If we’re aligned, expect two episodes each week and the chance to shape the visual voice of the whole series.
