Cinematic Travel Video Effects Editing

I have a collection of raw travel clips that already look good straight out of the camera; what they lack is the cinematic polish that keeps viewers glued to the screen. I want the footage woven together with eye-catching visual effects and noticeably smooth transitions that push the story forward without feeling gimmicky. Think match-cuts, whip-pans, speed-ramps, light leaks, or any creative flourishes that make each scene flow naturally into the next.
The edit will live on social platforms and a personal website, so a clean 16:9 master in 4K (plus a 1080p down-res) will be enough. Deliver the rendered files along with the editable Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve project so I can tweak text or music later if needed.
Please keep the runtime near four minutes, maintain audio sync with the reference track I’ll send, and smooth out any abrupt camera moves where possible. If we hit those notes—engaging visual effects, seamless transitions, final files in both resolutions, and the open project file—consider the job a success.
