YouTube Channel Co-Founder (AI & Tech Niche) - 30% Lifetime AdSense Equity
Project Description:
I am an investor looking to partner with a highly skilled YouTube creator to build a premium, faceless channel specifically focused on the Artificial Intelligence & Tech niche.
I am offering a pure sweat-equity partnership: you will receive 30% of all YouTube AdSense revenue for the lifetime of the channel, paid out monthly once the channel is monetized.
How This Partnership Works:
My Role (The Investor): I provide the legal entity and the approved Google AdSense account (based in a Tier-1 country). I handle the banking infrastructure and ensure you get your 30% cut securely every single month.
Your Role (The Creator): You act as the Channel Director. You will handle the full video production (ideation, scripting, voiceover, editing, visuals), create high-CTR thumbnails, and manage the SEO.
The Required Tech Stack (Do Not Apply If You Don't Use These):
To compete in the high-RPM AI niche, the production quality must be cinematic. You must be highly proficient with the following tools (or their direct industry equivalents):
Editing & Motion Graphics: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve (No CapCut or basic drag-and-drop editors).
Voiceover: ElevenLabs or WellSaid Labs (Absolutely no cheap, robotic TTS).
Research & Scripting: Perplexity AI and Claude 3.5 (No lazy, unedited ChatGPT spam).
Visuals & B-Roll: Midjourney v6, Runway Gen-3, Luma Dream Machine, or Kling, supplemented by premium stock footage (Envato/Storyblocks).
Thumbnails: Adobe Photoshop.
The Terms of the Deal:
Zero Upfront Pay: This is a 100% performance and equity-based partnership. You are investing your skills; I am providing the infrastructure and giving away 30% of my asset's future revenue.
No "AI Spam": I want highly engaging narratives, pacing, and high-quality edits (e.g., documentary style, B2B SaaS tutorials, or high-end tech news).
Zero Fake Engagement: If you use bot farms, sub4sub, or engagement pods, the channel will fail YouTube's review, and the partnership is immediately terminated.
Who You Are:
You are a world-class video editor and YouTube strategist. You might live in a region where AdSense is restricted, or you simply prefer to focus 100% on content creation while a Western partner handles the business side.
