Cinematic Real Estate Video Editing
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I shoot high-resolution walkthroughs of properties and now need each tour crafted into a short, cinematic showcase that feels fully up to date with the latest real-estate video trends on Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The finished piece should flow smoothly from entryway to backyard, pairing sweeping gimbal shots and drone clips with tasteful instrumental background music. I also make a lot of my own music and use that as well and can send that over.
Here are the essentials I must see in every edit:
• A cinematic colour grade that makes interiors pop without looking artificial.
• Clean, purposeful transitions—whip, speed-ramp, or dissolve—used sparingly to accent movement through rooms.
• Licensed, royalty-free instrumental music synced to key reveal moments and natural pacing.
• Subtle sound design (doors opening, ambient room tone) to keep things immersive.
• Delivery in both 4K horizontal and 9:16 vertical formats, ready for MLS, Reels, and Stories.
Footage and branding assets come via a Google Drive link; I’ll provide reference videos that capture the mood I’m after. Please return a first cut, I’ll supply one round of timestamped notes, and then we lock picture. Preferred tools are Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve—use whatever lets you hit the polished, cinematic finish described above.
