Cinematic Podcast Video Editor Needed

I'm looking for a skilled video editor to work on my YouTube podcast channel. This is a low-budget project, so I'm looking for someone who can deliver high-quality work efficiently.
Ideal position for students and part timers who want paid work as well as create their own portfolio.
Required Edits:
- Basic cuts and trims
- Adding intros and outros
- Advanced effects and transitions, primarily color grading
Key Requirements:
- approx 8-10 videos per month
-able to deliver on time
- Experience with advanced effects and transitions
- experience in creating thumbnail as well
- Proficiency in color grading
- Ability to achieve a cinematic look
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong video editing skills
- Experience with podcast videos
- Knowledge of motion graphics and sound enhancements is a plus
- Familiarity with editing software like Adobe Premiere Pro, da vinci resolve, Final Cut Pro, or similar
