Cinematic Hobby Video Editing

I have raw footage of my personal hobby sessions and would like it transformed into a polished, cinematic-style video. The clips need colour grading, smooth cuts, tasteful background music, and subtle motion graphics or title cards that match the overall mood.
Please organise the narrative so it flows like a short film rather than a simple montage, adding light sound design where it enhances the story. Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar professional tools are fine—as long as the final export is delivered in 1080p (or higher) MP4 plus the project file so I can make tweaks later if needed.
Completion will be approved once:
• The finished video feels cinematic, with consistent colour and pacing.
• Audio levels are balanced and free of hums or abrupt transitions.
• All footage is included coherently, highlighting the key hobby moments without exceeding 5 minutes in length unless a shorter cut hurts the story.
