Cinematic Goa Promo Video

I’m putting together a 30–40 second travel-promo assignment on Goa and need the finished edit built entirely in Adobe Premiere Pro. The vibe I’m after is slick, modern and cinematic: think beat-synced cuts, tasteful overlays, speed ramps and clean, minimal motion graphics that let the visuals breathe. Beaches take center stage, so the footage should linger on surf, sand and sunsets while still weaving in quick flashes of culture, nightlife and food to round out the story.

Please layer in animated titles, subtle map reveals and smooth, seamless transitions. An energetic, upbeat soundtrack should drive the pace, punctuated with well-timed ambient SFX to enhance waves, street sounds and nightlife moments. Consistent color grading that delivers a polished, professional look is essential.

Final deliverable:
• One 30–40 sec 16:9 video (H.264, high-bitrate) ready to publish, with all graphics, audio and effects baked in
• Premiere Pro project file with linked assets and any custom presets

Everything must be royalty-free or original so I can submit it without clearance issues.
