I’m planning a child–friendly tutorial video that explains an educational concept in a way that is lively, clear, and age-appropriate. The finished piece should feel inviting to children, hold their attention from start to finish, and present the content step-by-step so it is easy for young viewers to follow along and try the activity on their own.
What I already have
• A broad educational topic and key learning points.
• General style references that show the tone (bright colours, upbeat pacing, simple language).
What I need from you
• Creative direction on the best visual approach—whether that’s live-action, animation, or a mix.
• Scripting or script polish so the narration stays concise and child-friendly.
• Full video production (editing, motion graphics, royalty-free music, on-screen text).
• Delivery of a final HD file ready to upload to YouTube and classroom platforms, plus any project files (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or your preferred software).
Ideal skills
Experience producing tutorial or explainer videos for children, a knack for visual storytelling, and solid command of tools such as Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve. Voice-over and sound-design ability are a bonus but not mandatory if you can guide me on hiring talent.
Timeline & collaboration
I’d like to kick off this week, agree on a storyboard within a few days, and have a polished cut within two to three weeks. I’m happy to provide quick feedback at every milestone to keep things moving smoothly.
