Role
We are seeking a skilled Post-Production Editor who can bring this story to life. You will shape interviews, B-roll, and drone footage into a compelling narrative that resonates with both rural and urban audiences.

Responsibilities
• Edit interviews, ranch footage, and environmental B-roll into cohesive episodes
• Color correction and audio balancing for professional delivery
• Incorporate titles, graphics, and archival material where needed
• Collaborate with producers on pacing, tone, and storytelling direction
• Deliver ready-to-stream final cuts

Requirements
• Proven experience editing documentaries, films, or series
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro
• Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and emotional impact
• Ability to work independently under deadlines
• Bonus: Experience with rural, agricultural, or wildlife subjects
