70th Birthday Video Creation

I'm looking for someone to create a special birthday video for my mom's 70th birthday. I have around 350 pictures and a few videos that I can provide. The final product should be downloadable and suitable for DVD.

Requirements:
- Combine slideshow and cinematic styles
- Use a mix of soft/sentimental and lively/upbeat music
- Include a title/cover: "Happy Birthday Grandma"
