Basic 1080p Lyric Video Creation

I have a short track that runs between 75-120 seconds and I simply need the lyrics displayed on a 1920 × 1080 horizontal canvas. I’m after a “very low-effort” look: plain text over a background, no complex motion graphics.
Style
• Simple text on background is all I want; no kinetic typography.

• My note reads “SERITONIN- Sam Gellairtry.” If you already have this font, great—otherwise any close match works as long as it remains clean and legible.
Background
• Keep it extremely entry-level, but feel free to add one subtle special effect (a mild grain, slight color shift, or a gentle vignette) so it’s not totally static.
