Animated Handwritten Red Circle Overlay

I’m putting together a short social-media video and need a red marker circle (or slightly oval shape) that feels hand-written. It should animate onto the screen as though the marker is drawing it in real time—gradually, not in a quick sketch or pulsating effect.

Here’s what I’m looking for:
• A single, smooth animation of the circle being drawn from start to finish with clear “handwritten” irregularities.
• Green-screen (chroma) background so I can key it out easily in Premiere Pro or Final Cut.
• Final delivery in 1080p (MP4 or ProRes with alpha preferred). A transparent PNG sequence is a bonus.
• Length around 1–2 seconds so I can time it over the highlighted phrase.
