Animate My Existing Video Clips

I have a set of pre-existing video clips that I’d like to turn into a cohesive, fully animated piece. The clips are ready for download as soon as we start; what I need is your creative touch—integrating motion-graphic overlays, stylised transitions, text callouts, and any other animation techniques that will breathe new life into the footage.
I’m open to your preferred workflow, whether you lean on After Effects, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or DaVinci Resolve. As long as the end result looks polished, visually engaging, and seamlessly animated, the tool choice is yours.
Deliverables
• Final video in 1080p (or higher, if you suggest it) in MP4 and an editable project file
• One short social-media cut-down if possible (≈15 s)
• All accompanying graphic assets used
