Affordable YouTube Video Editing

I'm a Licensed Immigration Adviser in New Zealand starting a YouTube channel. I'm looking for an affordable video editor to help me with my informative videos.

Video Requirements:
- Short videos under 5 minutes
- Simple cuts and transitions

Compensation:
- NZ$1 per short video
- NZ$2 per long video (as the channel grows)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Experience in video editing, especially for YouTube
- Proficiency in editing software
- Ability to deliver high-quality work on a budget
