Advanced Motion Graphics Designer Needed

Key Responsibilities
Design and produce high-quality motion graphics, animations, and explainer videos.
Create engaging content for social media, marketing campaigns, product launches, and brand communications.
Animate UI screens, illustrations, icons, typography, and infographics.
Edit videos by adding transitions, effects, sound design, and motion elements.
Collaborate with the marketing, product, and creative teams to understand project requirements.
Ensure all deliverables align with the brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency.
Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality.
Required Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a Motion Graphic Designer or similar creative role (freelance experience is a plus).
Proficiency in:
Adobe After Effects (Must-have)
Adobe Premiere Pro
Adobe Illustrator
Adobe Photoshop
Figma (Preferred)
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, composition, and visual storytelling.
Experience creating content for Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong communication and time management skills.
Good to Have
Experience in gaming, entertainment, creator economy, or consumer tech startups.
Knowledge of 2D character animation.
Basic understanding of 3D animation tools like Blender or Cinema 4D.
Experience with AI-powered creative tools (Runway, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, etc.).
