Expert in Adobe Premiere Pro
Good working knowledge of After Effects
Familiarity with CapCut + AI editing tools
Ability to edit short-form content in styles similar to:

Strong understanding of hooks, pacing, storytelling & retention strategies
Consistent work ethic & fast turnaround time
Comfortable editing both long-form and short-form content (MUST)
Responsibilities
Edit reels/shorts for personal brands
Edit long-form podcasts, interviews & YouTube videos
Add captions, motion graphics, animations, and sound design
Repurpose long videos into viral short-form clips
Maintain consistent brand style across all projects
