Adobe Premiere Pro Expert for YouTube Videos

I'm looking for a professional Premiere Pro video editor to work on my YouTube channel. The videos are typically short, 4K resolution, and last between 5-10 minutes.

This project needs a fast laptop or desktop for video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro.
I will provide a voice over for each video (Duration atmost 10 minutes), Then you will cut portions of stock videos to match the audio. You will also add images between the video portions when making the videos.
You'll need to add lower thirds to match the provided audio/voiceover.
You need to have 4K elements(Like transitions, Etc.) to create 4K Stunning videos.
Envato Elements access is an added advantage.

So basically this task is about creating short and unique video using provided audio, Creativity is highly encouraged. And it's a long term project which can last for two(2) years.

When bidding on this project you can attach some of the videos you have edited that uses the requirements above.

Key Requirements:
