Add Casual B-Roll to my 12 min Youtube Video (Psychology)

I have a 12-minute YouTube episode on a psychology topic.
I want to make it more visual and engaging by adding b-roll—both short video clips on the side/full screen, and still images, while keeping the tone relaxed and relatable rather than ultra-polished corporate.
You will receive:
• The finished A-roll (voice and on-camera footage) in 1080p
What I need back:
• A single 1080p file with the b-roll integrated and audio kept in sync
• All added assets clearly licensed for YouTube use (public-domain, Creative Commons, or original work)
Feel free to work in Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, or whichever NLE you prefer—just make sure cuts are clean, pacing stays natural, and any lower-thirds or overlays match the easygoing style of the channel.
Turnaround: 1 day once you have the footage. If this edit flows smoothly, there will be more psychology videos coming up - for full editing.
