I need the 4 corner edges of an already design staff ID to be shape

I have a fully finished, layered PSD and a matching PDF for our staff ID card. Colours, typography, guides—everything is locked. The only task on the table is to reshape the card’s top corners so they mirror a reference sample I’ll supply. The sample has a very specific, moderately rounded profile, and I need that contour reproduced down to the pixel—no improvisation, no alternative radii.
You’ll work directly in Adobe Photoshop, using a non-destructive method such as a vector mask, the Rounded Rectangle tool, or whichever clean technique you prefer, as long as the existing layer order, effects, and resolution remain intact. Please apply the identical corner treatment to both the front and the back of the card. Keep the original layer naming; there’s no need to introduce new labels for the corners.
When you’re done, return:
• the updated layered PSD, untouched except for the new corner shape
• a print-ready PDF export reflecting the same adjustment
