YouTube Thumbnails Designer Needed

I need a designer who lives and breathes YouTube CTR psychology and can translate that knowledge into a sleek, minimalistic look. Every thumbnail you create for me should be instantly readable on mobile, keep the colour palette restrained, and still feel energetic enough to stop the scroll.

I will attach reference images of the style I am talking about.

You’re free to work in Photoshop, Illustrator or Canva—as long as the final file reaches me layered and editable at 1920 × 1080 px (16:9). I usually batch-record videos, so expect a small set of thumbnails every week and a 24- to 48-hour turnaround per batch.
