We are looking for a skilled YouTube Thumbnail Creator to help design high-converting thumbnails for a growing real estate and investing YouTube channel focused on Section 8 real estate, passive income, and financial education.

What We’re Looking For
• Experience creating high CTR YouTube thumbnails
• Clean, professional, modern style
• Ability to match branding across videos
• Strong typography and visual storytelling
• Fast turnaround (24–48 hours preferred)

• Clean background
• Real estate / finance aesthetic
• Professional but eye-catching
• Minimal clutter

Responsibilities
• Create thumbnails for weekly YouTube videos
• Provide 2–3 variations per video (preferred)
