# Freelance Photo & Video Editor – Wedding and Event Post-Production
We are building a professional post-production team that provides high-quality editing services for photography studios across India. We are looking for talented and reliable freelance editors who can deliver consistent, premium-quality work within agreed deadlines.
## About the Project
Our company partners with wedding photographers, event photographers, portrait studios, and content creators to handle their complete post-production workflow. As a freelance editor, you will receive projects based on your skills and availability.
### Work Includes
**Photo Editing**
* Wedding photo editing
* Color correction and color grading
* Exposure and white balance adjustments
* Skin retouching
* Object removal
* Lightroom editing
* Photoshop retouching
* Batch editing
* Culling (optional)
* Album-ready image preparation
**Video Editing**
* Wedding highlight films
* Cinematic wedding edits
* Full-length wedding films
* Instagram reels
* Teasers and trailers
* Color grading
* Audio synchronization
* Motion graphics (optional)
* Subtitle integration (optional)
## Requirements
* Strong knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
* Ability to maintain consistent editing styles.
* Good communication and professionalism.
* Reliable internet connection for downloading and uploading large files.
* Ability to meet project deadlines.
* Previous portfolio is preferred.
## Payment
* Payment is made on a per-project basis.
* Rates depend on project complexity and quality of work.
* High-performing editors will receive priority project allocation and long-term collaboration opportunities.
* Payments are processed after project approval according to our payment schedule.
## Selection Process
Applicants will:
1. Submit their portfolio.
2. Complete a short editing test using sample files.
3. Receive onboarding if selected.
4. Be added to our freelance editor network for ongoing projects.
