Vintage Photo Editing using strictly Adobe Photoshop and NO AI tools

I have a single vintage photograph that is almost intact; only about ten percent shows damage. The key work I need is the manual reconstruction of the torn or missing edges, careful spot-filling for wear and tear, removal of small wrinkles, and precise retouching of a partially missing black text stroke at the bottom.

All fixes must preserve the original colour, contrast and paper grain—absolutely no AI filters, auto-enhance, or generative fills. I want every repair carried out on separate, non-destructive layers so the untouched base layer remains visible at all times. Tools such as the Spot Healing Brush, Healing Brush, Clone Stamp and pixel-level hand-painting will be essential.

Please share examples of past restoration work that demonstrate comparable edge rebuilding and fine-grain texture retention. When finished, I’ll need:

• A flattened high-resolution version that matches the original colour profile
