Video-Enhanced PSD Advertising Banner

My in-house designer is unexpectedly off sick, yet a campaign deadline is still looming. I already have the layered PSD layout approved; what’s missing is the motion element. I need you to drop an MP4 clip into that PSD and deliver a finished 300 × 250 px advertising banner that plays smoothly and meets standard ad-network specs.

Here’s what I will provide the moment we start:
• The original, fully layered PSD.
• The MP4 video segment to be embedded.
• Copy, logo and any brand guidelines needed.

What I need back from you:
• A neatly organised working file with the video correctly masked and blended so it feels native to the artwork.
• An exported animated banner in a format ready for ad servers (HTML5, GIF or similar—you can suggest the most efficient option as long as quality and file-size limits are met).
• Quick notes on any optimisation you performed so we can update future versions without starting from scratch.

Please be comfortable using Adobe Photoshop (video timeline) or Adobe Animate/After Effects—whatever method lets you keep file size trim while preserving crisp playback. The timeline is tight, so let me know how soon you can turn this around; speed and clear communication matter more than anything else on this small but important job.
