Update Menu PSD & PDF

I have a layered PSD of my restaurant menu and a Word doc that contains every line of revised copy. All I need is for that new text to replace the old—no tweaks to layout, fonts, colours, or images. Once the swap is done, please return:

• the updated, fully-layered PSD
• a print-ready, editable PDF generated from it (text not flattened so future changes stay simple)

Keep all formatting identical to the current design, double-check line breaks, and make sure prices align perfectly in their columns. This should be a straightforward text-only pass for anyone comfortable with Photoshop and PDF export.
