Two-Page Game Show Flyer PSD- A4

I need a designer to condense a three-page Word document (see enclosed) into a vibrant, two-page promotional flyer for our live Game Show events. The final piece must be supplied as a fully layered, editable Photoshop CC file so my team can tweak copy or swap graphics later.
