Team Photo Retouch & Repositioning

I have a high-resolution team photo and need a precise retouch in Adobe Photoshop. One colleague must be removed entirely, then a standing teammate shifted downward to occupy the empty space so the final composition looks natural and balanced. Facial proportions, lighting, shadows and background texture should remain consistent after the edit; no one should be able to tell the image was altered.
You’ll receive the original RAW/JPEG along with a quick mock-up of the target positioning for reference and any additional close-ups you might need for cloning or patching. Please keep all work non-destructive—smart objects, masks and adjustment layers—so I can tweak minor details later if required.
Deliverables:
• Layered PSD with organised, named layers
• High-quality flattened JPEG (same resolution as source)
