Swap Logo on Photo

I have a single PNG photograph that already carries a logo. I simply need that existing logo removed and my new image-based logo (supplied as a high-res JPEG) placed in the exact same position and scale. Everything else in the shot must stay untouched—no colour grading, generative fills, or other AI tweaks; the photo should look exactly as it does now apart from the new emblem.

Please keep the working file layered so I can adjust the logo later if needed, then export the final image as a PNG that matches the original dimensions and resolution. A quick turnaround is appreciated, and I’m happy to answer any sizing or placement questions before you begin.
