Staff Photo Retouch & Compositing
Budget: $2 – $8 USD
I have a main staff group shot that needs a professional polish and several individual portraits that must be blended seamlessly into that same frame. Your task is to remove every background, place everyone on a clean plain-colour backdrop, colour-correct for consistency, and apply only basic retouching—light blemish fixes and slight tonal adjustments—so the team still looks natural.
Once everyone sits together on the new canvas, I want the overall lighting to read as natural daylight rather than a studio flash. Subtle shadows and realistic depth are important; it should never feel like a cut-and-paste job.
Please work in Adobe Photoshop (or equivalent with full PSD compatibility) so layers remain editable. Deliver:
• High-resolution RGB JPEG or PNG ready for print and web
• Layered PSD with non-destructive masks and adjustment layers
I’ll supply the existing group photo, all individual headshots, and the required hex value for the plain background as soon as we start. If you’ve handled composite staff images before and can keep skin tones, edges, and lighting believable, I’d love to see a couple of before/after samples from your portfolio.
