Job Overview
We are looking for creative and detail-oriented freelance Graphic Designers who can work on-site in Vashi for a 20-day event project. This role requires adaptability, quick turnaround, and flexibility to work extended hours, including late nights, during the event.
Food, travel, and accommodation allowances will be provided by the company for the entire duration of the project.
Key Responsibilities
Design creatives for event branding, marketing, and on-ground collaterals
Create social media posts, banners, standees, backdrops, and digital assets
Work on real-time design requirements during the event
Develop visually engaging graphics aligned with brand guidelines
Collaborate with marketing, content, and production teams on-site
Edit and resize creatives as per different formats and platforms
Ensure quick turnaround of designs under tight deadlines
Maintain consistency in design language across all deliverables
Handle multiple design tasks simultaneously during the event
Requirements
Minimum 2–4 years of experience in graphic designing
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other design tools
Basic knowledge of motion graphics or video editing is a plus
Strong understanding of layout, typography, and color theory
Experience in event or live design execution is preferred
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Willingness to work late hours as per project requirements
Must be available to stay on-site for the entire 20-day duration
