Single Photo Photoshop Touch-Up

I have a photo that I’d like one kid head taken from individual photo and put on a body in a second family group photo. It needs a careful eye rather than dramatic graphic work—think subtle retouching, color balance, or a gentle background clean-up if you spot distractions. The goal is simply to make the image look its absolute best while still feeling natural.
You’re free to suggest the exact adjustments once you see the file; I’m open to your creative judgment on skin smoothing, tone correction, or minor object removal as needed. Please work in Adobe Photoshop (and Lightroom if that helps) and provide both a high-resolution JPEG ready for printing and the layered PSD so I can revisit tweaks later if I change my mind.
